Welcome to the Wilhelm von Humboldt University Institute. The Institute was founded by Prof. Bernd Glazinski PhD, Dipl. Psych., M.A. and Prof. Konrad Obermann MD, PhD in 2021.
The Institute aims to integrate European-style higher education and research in West African learning. It does so by establishing a local real-life laboratory in health, economic development, agriculture and management in the age of digitalization.

ASPHER is a membership organisation of institutions, spread across EU and wider across WHO European Region.
